These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the v2222 platform and all services included within it. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and v2222. You must read this entire document carefully before you start using the platform.

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts will be suspended immediately.

3.1 Payment Methods

v2222 supports transactions through three popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. No transactions are accepted or sent through any method outside these three.

3.2 Limits & Timings

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Typical withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Your account identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. v2222 reserves the right to review any withdrawal request and may place a request on hold in the case of suspicious activity.

To withdraw winnings earned from bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met (see Section 4 for details).

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at v2222 can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, bringing the total balance to ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times — applied to the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each player may benefit from each promotion only once.
• Identity verification must be completed before a bonus can be claimed.
• v2222 reserves the right to change or cancel promotional offers at any time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned through wagering can be withdrawn.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time.
• If any fraudulent or dishonest activity is detected in claiming bonus benefits, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be suspended.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games and betting services operated on the v2222 platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial.

5.2 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If any game or bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, v2222 will make the final decision.
• For sports betting, detailed rules relating to markets and events will be displayed in the relevant section.
• Bets will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance in the account.

5.3 Technical Issues

v2222 will not be held responsible for any loss caused by server errors, internet disconnection, or any other technical problem. In such situations, v2222 reserves the right to make an appropriate decision at its own discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the v2222 platform. If detected, the account may be immediately suspended and the associated balance forfeited:

• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts or sharing an account with a third party.
• Abusing bonus or promotion benefits (bonus arbitrage, matched betting, etc.).
• Using software bots, automated programs, or any artificial means.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
